Theology connects with real life in many ways. Our theological principals guide our ethical decision making. Concepts like compassion and love directly influence how we perceive others and handle situations. Essentially, our beliefs shape our behavior. Living life through the lens of theology provides us ethical guidance on daily decision making. Additionally, theology connects with real life in a physical aspect. Scripture teaches us how to live our lives that is glorifying to God. The Bible calls us to treat our bodies like a temple and don’t indulge in things that are harmful to your mind, body, and soul. Implementing theology in your daily lives as a Christian is unavoidable. I believe it is one of the most important aspects in bring people to know and love Jesus.
