Ryan, I have been in many roles over years of ministry and know just what you are talk about. But take heart: many people don’t know how to connect with the pastor. They need to see we are ordinary people just like them; I think people have the wrong idea when they see pastors who think the world revolves around them. Those pastors are not humble. Keep humble and focus on God, praying, reading his word, and loving people. Never give up on the vision God has given You. God will help do his will.
