A wonderful illustration of a thoughtful, thoughtful leader. The fact you would pray, listen, and take things slow indicates you have high levels of emotional intelligence and faith in God’s timing. To clarify the direction or expectations of the team and allow each person their own dignity within making a decision will be a very good example of a healthy way to minister. I’m so glad to see how well God responded to that kind of ministry with restoration of the team and continued success after you were no longer there as the director.
